Welcome to Sonoran Senior Solutions

Our team of senior living advisors is here to offer you personalized support and guidance every step of the way.

  • Founder and Client Advisor, Sonoran Senior Solutions

I founded Sonoran Senior Solutions because I know how overwhelming it can feel when circumstances change and big decisions need to be made. I also know how different it feels to have clarity, confidence, and an expert guiding the way. That’s why I do what I do.

I love meeting with families—whether in person or virtually—to assess their situation, provide clear options, and create a plan that makes sense for them.

I take on the legwork—researching, coordinating, and problem-solving—so families can focus on what truly matters: spending time together.

With nearly 20 years of experience advocating for loved ones in crisis and end-of-life care, I’ve developed a deep understanding of Tucson’s senior care landscape—including options families may not even know exist. I help them explore the full range of possibilities, ensuring they find the right care setting, the right support, and the right fit.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to truly listening—understanding each family’s unique story, priorities, and concerns—so I can guide them toward the best choices with confidence and peace of mind.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me reading, staying up way too late playing Wordle, or exploring Tucson’s incredible food scene.

Most of all, I love spending time with my husband and three kids, who remind me every day why home—and finding the right one—matters.

  • Cheif Technology Officer, Case Manager

With over 20 years in healthcare, I’ve spent my career ensuring that people receive the right care, at the right time, in the right way. From case management to clinical operations, my work has always been about removing barriers, simplifying complex decisions, and advocating for individuals and families navigating resources and the care system.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Case Manager (CCM), I’ve worked in a variety of healthcare settings, from leading clinical operations at Oscar Medical Group to providing intensive case management with the Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services. That experience has given me a deep understanding of both the healthcare system and the emotional challenges families face when making care decisions.

At Sonoran Senior Solutions, I ensure that every client receives thoughtful, well-coordinated, and ethical guidance as they explore senior living options. I believe that knowledge is power—and when families understand their choices, they can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking my rescue pup, diving into a great book, or testing my pattern recognition skills with the New York Times’ daily Connections puzzle.

  • Client Advisor and Partnership Coordinator

As a native Tucsonan, I know this community inside and out—not just its landscapes, but its people, its values, and the importance of finding the right place to call home. My background in private duty caregiving, hospitality, and finance has given me a unique perspective on what truly makes a senior living environment feel like the right fit.

I thrive on face-to-face interactions and believe that relationships matter. Whether I’m sitting down with families to understand their loved one’s needs or working with trusted professionals to connect them with top-tier resources, my goal is always the same: to make the senior living journey as seamless, stress-free, and personalized as possible.

At Sonoran Senior Solutions, I help families navigate independent living, assisted living, and memory care options with confidence. I also work closely with our professional partners, ensuring that everyone we collaborate with upholds the same high standards of care and integrity.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hiking deep into the Sonoran Desert, sharing my knowledge of local flora and fauna, or spending quality time with my young daughter. And if my phone goes unanswered in the fall? There’s a good chance I’m off-grid, tracking elk in Northern Arizona.

One of Maggie’s first experiences coordinating care was for her grandfather, Boris. The process was fulfilling, complicated, and beautiful—an emotional journey that ignited her passion for helping others navigate the challenging world of senior care with compassion and understanding.

Sonoran Senior Solutions offers expertise, empathy, and a wealth of knowledge to help find your new home.

I quickly decided that if I could make sense of the confusion that others felt during the aging journey of their loved one, I would. Educating clients became my mission and my passion.

Through personal and professional experience with seniors, I started Sonoran Senior Solutions to continue my mission as a senior living advisor, serving seniors and their families as they journey through the overwhelming, foreign territory that is senior care.

I look forward to being a trusted resource to guide you through whatever challenges come your way.
